Bertus Basson and Craig Cormack have successfully kept the exceptionally high quality that Overture has come to be known for (locally and internationally) going.

As the restaurant on the Hidden Valley wine estate, the success of the restaurant has far outdone the success of the wine, and continues to draw in foodies far and wide with their innovative creations.

Having recently been to Cape Town, I simply could not pass up the opportunity to lunch at one of the restaurants, which I consider to be best in South Africa.

The chef’s policy it to change the menu every three months, so yes, I made another booking for December. Here are a few shots of the food – prepare to drool.
